Professor Zhang Mingzhu led the delegation of Hebei North University to Germany， Dusseldorf to attend the 2013 Europe and China Agriculture Exchange Fund Committee about the overseas internship seminar from 21st to 26th in May, 2013 with Professor Gong Xuechen and leaders in International Education Exchange Center.
