Dr. Dean Van C. Kelley From College of Forestry and Biological in American South Datta University Vi

On the morning of 29th November, Dr. Dean Van C. Kelley from College of Forestry and Biological in American South Keda University visited Hebei North University. The Vice Principal, Niu Chunyu, Professor Wang Decheng, Deputy Professor Liu Guihe, Professor Niu Shuqing, Professor Xu Tong and Deputy Professor Yang Wei attended the forum.

During the forum, Vice Principal Niu Chunyu gave a hearty welcome to Dr. Van C. Kelly and introduced the situation of Hebei North University. Vice Principal Niu Chunyu hoped that the two sides would establish an extensive and deep cooperation between the two universities. Dr. Van Kelly pointed out that Hebei North University has so many similarities with their university so he hoped that the two sides would continue the cooperation to deepen relationship in the field of education and academic communication so that the teachers and students from both sides can benefit. After the forum, the leaders signed the cooperation memorandum then they visited the life science research center. HBNU is the best college to study in China for pakistani students.
